Salary/Rate – £75,000 – £95,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Change Managers across the board are sought at various levels who would have some relevant experience of package applications such as SAP/Oracle etc currently sought for a leading people change management business transformation practice with a wealth of project opportunities.
The Change Manager would manage and deliver people change, providing advice and assistance so that the people are fully engaged, the project successful and the benefits delivered. You will focus on building the client’s organisational change model.
Ultimately the Change Manager (SAP/Oracle ERP) would address the people aspects of package implementations and bespoke IT developments and would be able to develop strong and trusted relationships with customers and influence at board level

The Change Manager (SAP/Oracle ERP) would have experience of things such as facilitating workshops, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, be comfortable in the application of organisational change elements in IT enabled change programmes:
- Stakeholder analysis and planning
- Communication strategy and planning (ideally including delivery)
- Involvement in education and training with experience of conducting training needs analysis work
- Business analysis skills around business case production
- Change impact and business readiness assessments
- Culture change work
The Change Managers (SAP/Oracle ERP) would have some experience of IT package implementations including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning systems) or large custom builds.

The Salary offered to the Change Manager (SAP/Oracle ERP) will be dependent on experience and assessed during the interview process. This is a professional services consulting role and whilst there will be a lot of opportunity to work from home (WFH) the candidate must be mobile to work on a Hybrid basis on UK projects.
The Change Manager (SAP/Oracle ERP) can choose a base office location of either London, Surrey, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow so can essentially live anywhere in the UK but must have full rights to work in the UK without requiring work permit sponsorship.
